Our Approach

Evidence first. Always.

We built Life Health & Wellness around one idea: you deserve care that's explained, not just delivered. Every method we use is chosen because research supports it, not because it's trending.

Patient-Centered.

Everyone experiences pain and injury differently. You have your own goals, concerns, occupational and social circumstances, passions, and struggles. Knowing this, we don't take a cookie-cutter approach to any aspect of care. Every case is a blank slate, we want to find what works best for you, and we won't know until we learn about you.

Goal-Oriented.

If we don't set clear intentions, any work we do can start to feel arbitrary. We work with you to come up with realistic goals that make sense for your life. Once we've done that, we identify the potential barriers you might face along the way and plan around them from the start.

"Evidence-based" isn't a buzzword here.

It's how we make every decision, from the first assessment to the last visit of your plan.

  • Treatment decisions are guided by current clinical research, not fads
  • We track your progress objectively, not just by how you feel that day
  • If something isn't working, we adjust the plan. We don't just repeat it
  • We work within our scope, and refer out when another provider fits better
Our Philosophy

Quality care for life, not just for today.

We treat the cause, not just the symptom. That means a real conversation about your history and goals, an honest assessment of what's going on, and a plan that's built around you, not a package we sell to everyone who walks in.

You'll always know what we found, why we're recommending a treatment, and what progress should look like along the way. If a plan isn't working, we change it. If something is outside our scope, we'll tell you and help you find the right provider.

Patient Education

Frequently asked questions.

Answers to what patients ask us most, helpful to know before your first visit.

Your first visit includes a full health history, a physical assessment, and a conversation about your goals. We'll explain exactly what we find and build a plan together before any treatment begins.

No referral is required. In Ontario, chiropractors are primary contact healthcare providers, so you can book directly with us.

Coverage varies by provider and plan. We recommend checking your extended health benefits, and our team is happy to help you understand what's typically included.

Integrated needling is commonly used for muscle tightness, tension headaches, and stubborn trigger points that limit movement, often alongside chiropractic care or rehab.

Our foot care is provided by a registered nurse and focuses on clinical needs: thickened or fungal nails, calluses, diabetic foot health, and circulation, rather than cosmetic treatment.

It depends entirely on your assessment and goals. We'll give you a realistic plan and timeline after your first visit, and reassess regularly rather than locking you into a fixed package.

Yes. Our assessments and treatment plans are tailored to your age, activity level, and goals, whether that's returning to sport or simply moving more comfortably day to day.

Loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy movement is ideal. For foot care visits, please arrive with clean feet where possible.
